Pro tip: I know it can be tempting to ignore a weak invert assuming it's fine. However, I really encourage you to have a solid controlled momentum invert before moving on to the next intermediate program. If you're not sure how to tell if your invert is strong enough to move on, the video "Know your limitations" can help you check yourself before you wreak yourself. You can always share a video with me through the "Ask Veena about this tutorial" button and I'd be happy to confirm if your invert is ready for the next level.
