You'll be learning 4 different grips; one grip isn't better than the other! Before moving on to any of these Ayesha grips, be sure you have watched my Caterpillar tutorial first. You will find more helpful tutorials below the main player. When starting, choose whichever grip feels most comfortable for you. Then, as you begin to feel comfortable with the pose, try new grips.

When you're new to training Ayesha it's important to drill yourself to tuck the chin to the chest anytime you're upside down. Chin to chest is considered the safest way to protect your head in a fall. Relaxing the body is also important.
