If you want to start working towards elbow stands, handstands, or tricks like Ayesha, these can help you understand the movement you'll use to push out of the shoulders.
Suggested sets and reps: 10-15 reps, 1-3 sets, or try these anytime of day.

Im going to do these next time I work on shoulders cause my left shoulder is pretty weak still, before I had the finger surgery I didn't do really anything with my arm or shoulder cause it hurt my finger, After my finger surgery my scapula was very weak, i couldn't do pushups without hurting. I can do knee pushups now, so I am getting stronger. What other exercises would you recommend? What stretches for the shoulder?
That's great you can do knee pushups now. If you want to work on re-building your scapula and shoulders try the Shoulder conditioning routine https://www.studioveena.com/tutorial/Shoulder-Conditioning-Routine-773/
thank you
