Today you'll be practicing the Caterpillar, Genie and the Carousel spin, then you'll use the Carousel in a spin combo. There will be no spinning pole option for Caterpillar and Genie in this lesson as it's important to practice on static pole first, then once you feel very secure on static you can try the spinning pole version.
Pro tip: When you're new to training Caterpillar it's important to drill yourself to tuck the chin to the chest anytime you're feeling unstable while upside down.
