Once you can accomplish a Pole sit and have a solid Pole hold, you can begin working on this move. Sometimes you may need to adjust the positioning of the top hand, placing the hand higher or lower. It will be different for every person, and that's okay. As I mention in the tutorial, you're not actually sitting on the wrist!
NOTE: If this bothers your hand/wrist, then come back to it once hand and forearm strength have improved. This is a fun trick but not one you must know. If you want to skip it, that's okay.
