Hello I started pole dancing in Sept of 2010, I was introduced to the sport as a way to lose weight. I started out taking classes at Goddess Dance Studio. Which was really a great start to help get me into poling since I didn't have a pole at home. I learned and caught on fairly quickly, so after three 6-week sessions, I was ready to move on, but hadn't yet met their requirement to move up to the next level. Tired of not learning anything new, I quit going. Don't get me wrong I loved it, I loved the socialization, and the instructors. However, I just felt like I was spending money just to learn the same things every session. I then began to save money to purchase my 45mm X-pole. Which however was not my first pole({Carmen Electra} I wouldn't advice anyone to buy it). With my OWN X-pole and the help from StudioVeena I've learned LOTS of new and advanced things, and can work at my own pace. I truly have to say that pole dancing is very effective, working out every muscle in your body. Also any local's looking to pole out Im always interested.
