hi guys i have only been poling for 3 weeks but love it i have just bought a TG pole for home although not installed yet (men!)i have 1 class a week at my local school but i feel awkward grip to tight etc .... i have 4 children and with my last was in a wheel chair i know my core is shot so working on the pole isnt going to be a walk in the park . but now its time for me i intend to drag this bod of mine back into shape !!!!!
