I'm a professional dancer, aerial artist (harness & pole), massage therapist, Pilates instructor & writer. I used to teach pole dancing, but now I choose to be the student and pole for my own personal pleasure while focusing on other stuff I love. I've been dancing for 37 years; professionally for 20. I'm the owner of Soulful Kneads, a private practice offering massage therapy and Pilates. (I'm lucky to have lots of pole dancers as regular clients.)
