I've been hooked on pole quite a while now -- since I was single and carefree! It's been an on-off journey, with 2 bubs along the way :) ...but still keep coming back to my pole! My pole idols are Jenyne Butterfly, Karol Helms and Felix. Always in search of inspiration and striving for more strength, new tricks and better flow.
