I am 4 months into learning to work the pole. Like so many of you I thought I was in pretty good shape until I tried this. I travel quite a bit for my job so it is impossible for me to attend weekly classes. I've been trying to learn from youtube and never came across StudioVeena until this past week when I stumbled across a small studio next to where I was working and they highly endorsed it. I had a great 1 hour private lesson and now I am excited to use this site to continue and make significant strides. I've built up quite a bit of strength the last few months so I have high expectations that I should progress quickly. Ill take any advice I can get. This is way more challenging than I ever expected.
