I have joined this community at the end of June, 2016, just when the summer started, and loving it already. Can't wait for my journey ahead me!!! I have never had any formal gymnastic or dance training, so this is truly an amazing experience for me. I have entered the second half of my life in a super cool way. The pole way 👌 I am a performance coach and injury prevention specialist for athletes (and non-athletes). Also a plant-based nutrition coach, author, and speaker… I am a former Ms. Natural Olympia bodybuilding champion (all drug-free) and then became a competitive tennis player. Now I am a raw vegan athlete and aspiring pole dancer (a 51 years old, 6 feet tall and 160 lbs heavy one…) :-) I was born in Czechoslovakia, where I lived for 20 years, then 10 years in Sweden. Now I live a beautiful life in Venice Beach with my super happy chocolate labrador Zuzi.
