I'm a Mother of 4 wonderful girls, and an RN. I'm originally from Germany and came to US when I was 12. Took 2 pole classes, became hooked causing me to build a studio in my basement. This is by far the best exercise ever. I've been teaching myself ever since. Best way to get out stress and emotions.
