I'm a beginning pole dancer and teaching myself right now. I've had my pole for almost 2 yrs, but I've used it all of maybe 10 times sadly. Room it was in was full of stuff and I finally cleaned it out and decided to start poling consistently. I love all forms of dance and love learning new styles. I also hoop dance and will probably share some of that on here too. :) I would love to learn other aerial arts like the lyra and silks, but until I have the money for classes poling and hooping will suffice. If you're in the Columbus, OH area maybe we can pole together sometime. :)
