I've been poling since March 2011. I came to it with a general dance background and ~2 years of aerials (fabrics and hoop) practice, so one of my interests is exploring combinations of styles, whether it's incorporating Chinese pole flips and drops, ballet-inspired phrasing and floorwork, ballroom steps, adagio, other apparatuses, electronically interactive clothing (current project), etc.
