I lived in Maryland most of my life. For five years I taught classes at the Xpose fitness in Owings Mills. I taught floor/chair, all levels pole, and stretch classes. The studio closed at the end of October 2011 and after a lot of consideration and thought my fiance and I moved down here to Tampa, mostly for the weather. I miss teaching, I miss the ladies I met who came to class I miss "my" Xpose. But we have all heard what they say about the doors so I am waiting for another one to open. I put up my first video here ever, everyone is so sweet it makes me want to put more on here. Feel free to leave a comment, ask a question, drop me a line.... As they say, Happy poling. :)
