I've been dancing since August 2007 and instructing since January '08. I teach pole, chair dance and yoga. I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor and I have a Pole Position Fitness Certification. I'm currently working on my YogaFit Certificate. I'm lucky enough to have a mini-studio in my basement. Right now I have a 50mm Platinum Stages brass pole, a 38mm brass spinner and a 45mm chrome XPole which is my favorite. We can have a StudioVeena pole jam at my place anytime!!! I recently wrote an instructor training course for pole teachers that is ACE and AFAA approved! Check it out here: www.discoveriesdance.com Besides dancing, I am married and I have a bunch of dogs. I foster unwanted dogs for a rescue agency and care for them until they can be adopted. We've saved a few from euthanasia!!!!! Yay! I'm also a professional with a Master's Degree and my job allows me to help others in need. I'm so happy to have found this site! Hello everyone!
