Okay we learned a move last night called "wrecking ball" but I can't find a pic of it anywhere so I'm wondering what other name it could go by. You start in a pole sit with your legs extended then curl them in towards the pole and bring your chest to your knees wrapping your arms around your knees so you end up in the fetal position. Any ideas??

Tucked pike? http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/yh3qzcL4M5o/hqdefault.jpg But more fetal position-y?
Yes. Same legs but chest to knees and arms wrapped around the front of your legs. Hurts like a SOB at first...

I was wanting to show my hubby what we learned but I didn't have anyone take a picture and I don't have a pole at home yet. Thanks again!
