Twisted grip stuff. I think my shoulders are pretty strong and I can Iron X in other grip but I just can barely do anything in TG without getting sore in my shoulders.
flag dead lift! my side and core muscles suck! lol
Currently, my Straight Edge from elbow grip. It feels so close but yet evading me! I am going to be so excited when I get there! Also I'd say my handspring prep from cup or split grip is going to be my long-term nemesis move :/ Either my lower arm isn't strong enough or I'm just not string enough in my core for this one which kinda bums me out!
Marion Amber and Flag Invert are both super hit or miss for me also! Sometimes I go up effortlessly and other times I'm not even close :( @Alicia, the shelf in the machine gun... I have to bend forward REALLY REALLY far to get myself in the correct position. The pole also has to be lower down in my thigh than I would normally place it in a standard pole sit.
Also, I just freaking SUCK at shoulder mounts!! I hardly ever do them LOL unless it's my back hook SM.
Plank. Fell out of it and broke 2 ribs. Also chopper invert/ basic invert. Just can't tip my hips enough :(

Aerial shoulder mount. It's been written on my "Learn These!" list on my whiteboard since I moved into this flat, 7 months ago!!
Getting in and out of superman. Can hold the pose but get all tangled and stuck trying to move. Ballerina - can't figure out how to stay up. reverse grab- some success but usually get sore shoulders.
sub dominate shoulder mount and sub dominate aysha!
the marion amber
Cartwheel mount . Handspring mount arggg! So frustrating !!
Mine has to be the aerial tg lift! Just cant seem to get the strength or positioning yet!
|: Music Box and a flat marchenko. Flexibility isn't there yet.
Anything inverted with a split grip =( Also my aerial inversions... basic and shouldermount.
That damn Cupid. *pouts*
Handstand deadlifted against the pole! I can do it with the wall but I get a mental block when I'm at the pole :( I'm also in a battle with my aerial invert, sometimes it's there and others it isn't!
Flag invert. I'm almost at the point where I think this move was just not made for my body.
Butterfly, I can't bring my body one line with the pole....😈
Tip for the butterfly to get your body aligned: bring your nose to the pole. Got that from Karol Helms and I never had a problem with that move since the advice. Hope it works for you.
Straight edge and ayesha - the minute I take my legs off the pole I come down to the floor!
The Cupid I had it for a month and its now gone lol I keep trying it but no luck
Lots!! elbow grip aysha/straight edge is a big one and aerial shoulder mount too, also been struggling with marion amber and handspring, one week i hace it the other its gone :-( handstands too, i struggle to get up, once am uo there i am fine.
And forgot to add i still find it hard to get a nice scorpio too. Its better from butterfly swing into flatline but ftom an invert i cannot get the pole in the right place :-(
oh damn I forgot about the awful cupid!!! It comes and goes.... but mostly it's just gone :(
