I don't know if there is a video tutorial on glittering heels, but you might find some help on my FB page. DIY heels! 🥂http://www.facebook.com/groups/199885793358480/ I did made a video on how to cover your heels, but not with glitter though. Let me know if you would like the link for that......They look like this: https://www.studioveena.com/photos/view_photo/4e42f8bb-e23c-49ee-b711-6fa10ac37250
I glittered my own heels. I used the fine glitter (martha stewart brand) and mod podge gloss. I love how they turned out! you'll have to tape off everything you don't want glittered, unless you have a very steady hand. You will probably need to do 2-3 coats. Don't freak out when you first apply it and they're all white and cloudy-- it DOES dry clear. Apply thin, even coats...just like paint. Good luck!
I used a similar modge podge method on mine, you can see the before and after here :) http://poledance101.wordpress.com/2012/07/21/its-all-about-the-shoes/ Make sure you get the glossy modge podge and super fine glitter!
