How much are you selling the 3 dvds for. I already have my own bands and rollers. I live in ontario, canada. How much total with shipping?
I would also possibly be interested, in CA

hi all, im splitting up the set. inbox if ur interested
they r all gone!!
I know you sold them,...I have been eyeing these and just wondering what you thought of them? I have looked for reviews and not had any luck...your thoughts? Thanks!
honestly it depends on what ur looking for. the stetching dvd i like .they spend time on splits which is what i need help with. in terms of the foam roller, i bought the trigger point grid series and think they are a lot better. mainly because they r a bit more instructional and give more variety in their workouts. they also provide different levels of intensity. the conditionin was ok. overall, i think they were all right. i think they did a better job on the pole dvds then these. and if u r buying them because of leigh ann riley save ur money as amy does the instructional piece. inbox me if u have more questions.
