Sad =(

Haven't been able to pole in over a week now =( I compressed a disk in my back (not poling) in my sleep of all things and im not sure where to start to make it better. Been alternating hot and cold and it seems to be loosening up but im scared to do any exercize =(( IM SOOOO SAD!!! /Cry Need a majic back wand =(( Miss you ladies guess I will keep watching all of your wonderful videos til I feel better =(( /CRY

I did something in my sleep too! I tweaked my neck in my sleep last week. It is slowly getting better, but still hurts. I cannot tip my head or turn it all the way yet. It makes activities difficult.
