Pole dancing and breastfeeding?

I didn't start pole dancing till I weaned my toddler, and now I'm 4 weeks postpartum and starting to get back I the pole very gently. I just can't figure out how to do anything with big sore breasts. My baby sleeps a lot so most of the time I'm pretty full, and pumping would only make me produce more milk. Any tips?
