Pole Dancers in Music Videos, the list

Ok, the ones I know of: Nero Guilt (Lucy Cork) Enrique Inglesias Dirty Dancer (Mina Mortezaie, Faith Daniels and Jennifer Kim) Pornstar Dancing (Jenyne) White Stripes Just Don't Know What to do With Myself (Kate Moss, if this can be considered) There was a video that Alethea shot but I cannot remember the name of the group. It was shot in an airplane and she did a deathlay that got cut from the video. What other ones?

Shakira's new video "Rabiosa" features pole dancing. She only does two simple spins in it but I guess it could count....
CeledaBcn · 1/5/2012
mmmmm I like the idea.... I'm gonna making a list on my youtube channel with those videos xD

What about one of the classics - "Girls, girls, girls" by Mötley Crüe? :) That one STILL makes me stare every time it comes on!

It also just occurred to me not long ago that Kid Rock's song "So Hott" has a tiny bit of pole as well although no tricks. Thank U for making that list, CeledaBCN! =D I will watch them all!!

Also Britney Gimme More but she is just grinding on the pole.

Toni Braxton Hands Tied. I cannot view the video on mobile but she is supposed to be pole dancing in it.

There are pole dancers in The Next Episode by Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. I don't know who they are though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZXc39hT8t4 This is my parrot's favorite song. Whenever he hears it, he starts bobbing his little head along with the music. :)

Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, More News from Nowhere. 8 minute video with 2 pole dancers that do a few things.
chemgoddess1 · 1/5/2012
I want the peek a boo panties the one girl is wearing in the Nick Cave video.

I love pole dancing and could watch pole dancing clips for hours. But having watched a couple of these videos in a row with those ugly horny men gawking and drooling over these women actually made me sick
chemgoddess1 · 1/5/2012
Instead of looking at it that way see it as the women having so much power over the men that they cannot even remember to swallow. It really is all in perception.

I def give props to chicks who can handle the stripper scene. I think if you break it down, it's really really really good acting. I definitely couldn't pretend to like random guys at strip-clubs enough to validate them for their money.
CeledaBcn · 1/5/2012
Good13 videos xD Make it grow hehehe @ronia: Only have to see something... Those guys adore a girl that they can't touch, like a goddess!!! xD Or like a god if it's a man :-P
ronia · 1/5/2012
Well, I much prefer watching a video like "Rabiosa" because it shows pole dancing as something really fun she likes to do for herself. As for some of the other videos, it's all shown from a man's perspective so I can hardly see it as empowering.
crazykitten · 1/5/2012
There's a brief clip of Gaga on a pole at the end of You and I. I've heard that she used to pole dance, but never have found more than rumors.
polegypsy · 1/5/2012
The John Popper Project - "Lapdance" feat. DJ Logic its even a good song to pole to!!
nilla · 1/6/2012
I agree Ronia, a lot of the videos show it from a man's perspective, the girls don't even look like they are enjoying themselves, they're like booty popping zombies. That part I find sad. I do get giddy tho when I see pole in ANYTHING like a shoutout to pole, haha.

chemgoddess1 · 1/7/2012
