Newbie: Pleaser Desire/Seduction boot finishes? will matte grip?

Hello everyone! I'm new and am going to be learning from home after taking classes a couple of years ago-very excited! I know there have been a lot of posts about boots but was wondering if anyone could answer my question. I have heard a lot on here about shiny/pvc boots ripping on the pole. These boots (will link below) come in both a leatherette/matte or pvc finish. Would the leatherette grip to the pole? I wouldn't be using them all the time, just when I have perfected a routine and want to strut about! Hi Gee1996! Welcome to the site, and happy to hear you're getting back to pole dance! These boots look like they would grip just fine- being a leather-like material, I would expect them to grip similarly to skin. However, even if you get them and find that they do not grip, some excellent strutting could still be done in them! Having your upper thigh exposed, and some good strong arms (eventually, of course) you can still do lots! I've seen women dance with thigh-high socks with amazing skill and lots of sexy moves ;) When it comes to that shiny PVC stuff, people talk about the grip because it is CRAZY. As in, you will absolutely NOT slide, in any way, when gripping with that material (as far as I've heard, anyways). So, kind of no spins or anything else, but lots of static tricks for those kinds of boots. Hope this helps, looking forward to seeing you around!
