Newbie

Hello all, my name is Bethany Hess. I live in Kansas and I just turned 35. I am very excited about finding this site. I am looking forward to toning and strengthening my body back to where it was 5 or 6 years ago. I've decided to go for the 30 day workout offered. Today I completed the tasks I was given... I think!
