New to Studio Veena

Hi all, I am new to Studio Veena. I took pole lessons several years ago, but due to an injury had to stop for a while. Got approval to work out again but there are no longer lessons in my area so very happy I found this online studio. I am going to start the 30 day program tomorrow (I assume this is the one to do?) as I need to start right from the beginning again. Looking forward to being part of this community :)
