new spinning pole

My husband just bought me a new spinning pole. I love the idea of having two poles but I have a problem. In January, I had carpal tunnel surgery. My strength is still not back. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them. I have the squishy balls but not helping as much as I wish. If there's something I could combine those with it would great. Throw all the ideas at me you can think of.

I've heard that Power Balls work well for strengthening the hands, wrists, and forearms. It's a gyroscope ball. You keep the gyro going using circular motions with your wrist. You may want to consult your physician though before you use one, because of the fairly recent surgery. Good luck in your rehabilitation and congrats on the new pole! :)
