Im 32 years old and have never been able to do the splits. Can anyone give advice or provide a video link to "fast track" learning, lol. I'm kinda impatient and really believe in safely pushing myself.

And of course, Alethea's dvds and Veena's splits in the stretching part of the lessons.
Flexibility is something usually takes time. There are a lot of quick progress claims out there, but really everyone will progress differently. Some will find they increase quickly, others will be slow and steady! As mentioned, I do have stretching routines for helping you achieve splits, but I strongly suggest working on the individual stretching lessons first, before moving on the splits routines. This way you'll have the proper mechanics down and you'll get the most out of your stretching session! 🥂
