Greetings from New Jersey!

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to find this supportive group! I'm 45 years old and live in Montclair, NJ (an aside: we so need a studio in the area!). I took an intro class at New York Pole Dancing and I was hooked! I'm taking private lessons in NJ but while I like my intrructor very much, she is a little too advanced for me. So, I' going to start with Studio Veena lessons and Youtube videos. i found these tutorials and they looked pretty good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vmd0-KZH2wo&p=44E9D3F018C78FB5&playnext=1 I have a Kendra x-pole in my apartment that needs to be put up and then I'm ready to go. My favorite songs to dance to are Some Like it Hot by Power Station and Women by Def Leppard. I'm looking forward to becoming part of this community.
