favorite combos and freestyle suggestions

Ok so I want to know what your favorite combos are on the pole? I need to start working on combos myself. Also, any suggestions on freestyle dance with the pole? It seems so unnatural to me and I don't know where to start :( im all about the strength and not about the sexy side and I don't plan on changing that but I just don't seem to have any flow with freestyle.
