I had been trying very hard twisted grip hand spring, and became very frustrating because everybody else can do it but me.I had been working for half a year and still nothing...I wonder if there is somebody else that struggled this much? Thanks.

Be thankful and do not push yourself. TG is a sore subject in much of the pole world. If you cannot properly do a regular handspring you should not even be attempting this move. And it should NEVER be kicked up into. If you think I am being a wench, take a look at a few threads: https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/4d3f2621-0c74-40e8-a5f3-083c0ac37250 https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/2004 https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/4d88f174-f528-4df8-ae74-67de0ac37250 https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/4fbec9c8-dd20-4fbc-9c8e-71d30ac37250 https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/2825
lol Chem. Yes, wickedpole, please be careful with the Twisted grip, its not a nessisary move for pole. There are other options out there. I suggest taking a look at some of the links Chem posted for ya. 🌸
