Bruised Hand?

Hey ladies   I did a practice the other day involving twisted grip lifts, matrix floats and iron x practice and my hand right below my knuckles was so tender the next day and now it is bruised all across the top of my hand, right under the knuckle, between the bones. Has anyone else gotten this? Is it a sprain? How long did it last? I know it will pass and im just icing, but I want to pole again soon! lol.
