Today you'll practice all of the building blocks for the Caterpillar again. Spinning pole students, the Caterpillar I'm having you work on is still the static version, soon you'll learn how to do a Caterpillar on spin and have the opportunity to do practice reps on spin pole too.
Pro tip: Make sure you're filming yourself so you can check your form, have footage if you need to ask me a question, or just to have for future times to look back and see how far you've come!
